Almaty Meeting: March 2008

In March 2008 Kazakh CELA team organized a meeting of CELA fellows to discuss an upcoming CELA 7 Academy program, develop role-plays, case studies and provide recommendations on topics and speakers. "The feedback from the group was genuinely helpful, and will definitely make the next CELA academy much better as a result", shares Bill Starnes, CELA Academy Head of Faculty. During this reunion CELA Consuls had a team-building Rope Course Training as a result of which they all received psychological reports. The Rope Course trainers were excited by the quality and speed of exercises' implementation by CELA Consuls who worked as a great team and received no criticism but appraisal from trainers.
